Brie works part-time as the
Dog Behavior Manager at Homeward Pet in Woodinville where she
conducts behavior assessments, trains shelter dogs and counsels
potential adopters. She also offers private lessons to dog owners
in the community through Sidekick Dog Training.
Brie Fox graduated from the University of
Washington with a degree in Psychology. From college she went
on to a corporate
career in Human Resources. After over a decade of recruiting
and employee relations work, she took some time off to focus
on her two boys. During that time Brie adopted her first rescue
dog, Zeke. Brie found her calling and nothing has been the
same since!
Like Amanda, Brie continues to learn through
reading, seminars, publications and networking with other trainers.
Her own household has grown to contain three dogs, two cats,
her two boys and one very patient and supportive husband.
Brie is a member of the Association
of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and looks forward to becoming a
Certified Pet Dog Trainer. She
is very excited to be learning from Amanda and assists her
with group classes and private consultations.
