Reservation Request

To find out if a suite is available for the dates you will be away, simply complete the Reservation Request form below. You will receive a personal email response once our reservations system has been checked for suite availability (emails are sent during business hours).
When you receive email notification that space is available, contact us at (425) 482-4472 with a credit card number to reserve the suite(s) right away. If you wish to mail your $75 deposit by check, please call us with your check number so that we may reserve the suite.

IMPORTANT: A temporary hold will be placed on a suite for only 48 hours once we have notified you by email of availability (24 hours for holidays). So, be sure to check your email and contact us with your deposit! If we do not hear from you after we send the email the suite will become available to other boarders. Completion and submission of this form does not guarantee a reservation.

  • The dates you have requested above will be checked against our reservation system. You will receive an email reply notifying you of suite availability. If a suite is available, it will be held for ONLY 48 hours from the time we send the email (24 hours for holidays). You must either CALL and provide a credit card number for the $75 deposit, or CALL and provide us with a check number (send check by mail) to reserve the suite. After 48 hours (24 hours for holidays), the suite will be surrendered for another boarding guest. Completion and submittal of this form does not guarantee a reservation.
